Undertaking the task of the establishment of the Daikin Turkey's Project Management Office, Rengo Consultancy started by analysing the departmental processes; organised the necessary trainings after identifying the requirements.

Currently the projects proposals are prepared by the Project Managers and the Steering Committee; approved by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The project timeliness and conformance with the success criterias are ensured.
